Getting Started with  Your Kasheesh Card

  1. Create the Card:

    • Go to your dashboard and on the upper right-hand corner, select "Create Card"

    • Select the left option: “Create a Kasheesh Card”

    • Choose which Cards to split across, and how much to charge each one. 

    • Read and check to agree the Kasheesh Cardholder Agreement

    • Click “Create Card” to finalize the creation of your card.

  2. Use the Card:

    • Once your Kasheesh Card is created, you can add it to your digital wallet or copy the card information details. You can use your Kasheesh Card anywhere Mastercard is accepted—whether in-store or online—giving you the flexibility to pay in any way that you prefer.     • You can start using your card information at checkout to make your purchase!

    • If you suspect or identify any unauthorized transactions, we strongly advise canceling and replacing your Kasheesh Card to safeguard your account. Please contact our support team promptly, as they are equipped to assist with any required account adjustments from the backend and answer any questions in the meantime.

  3. Payment Methods Options (Credit VS Debit): You can choose either Credit or Debit when making a purchase. Selecting Credit will let you complete your transaction without entering a PIN, while choosing Debit will prompt you to add your assigned 4 digit PIN number. 

Key Things to Know When Using your Kasheesh Card

  • Manage your cards easily: You can always edit your cards and percentages. (We do recommend canceling the card if you suspect fraud)

  • Transaction fee: Kasheesh charges a 2% transaction fee per transaction. Please note that in the case of a return of any kind after a successful purchase, the 2% transaction fee is non-refundable.

  • Card Limits: You can only have one active Kasheesh Card at a time. But feel free to change the cards and percentages as you wish. 

  • Pending Charges: When you make a purchase, we place a hold instead of a charge, so charges may be 'pending' on your card statement longer than usual. 

  • Single Active Card: You can only have one active Kasheesh Card at a time.

What is a Kasheesh Card PIN?

Your Kasheesh Card comes with a randomly generated four-digit PIN for added security. You can find your PIN on the Kasheesh card detail screen in the website or mobile app.

For security reasons, we strongly advise to never share your PIN with anyone. Kasheesh representatives will never ask for your PIN information.


Frequently Asked Questions About PIN Numbers

Q: When exactly do I need to use my PIN?
You'll only need your PIN when you choose "Debit" as your payment method at a point-of-sale terminal.

Q: Can I change my PIN to a different number?
At this time, the PIN cannot be modified, and is only available for Kasheesh Cards.

Q: What if I forgot my PIN?
You can view your PIN on the Kasheesh card details screen on the website or in the mobile app.


Important Final Notes About Our Card System

  • You're free to edit the payment methods linked to the Kasheesh card at any time.

  • Changes can include adjusting funding sources or contribution percentages.

  • If you need a new Kasheesh Card number, you must cancel the existing card and create a new one.
