Kasheesh Rewards Program: Comprehensive Guide
Overview
Kasheesh Rewards is our rewards program designed to provide our valued customers with rewards benefits on their purchases. This guide outlines the program's structure, benefits, and operational details. The Kasheesh Rewards Program earns you rewards on purchases made with your Kasheesh Multi-Use Card and Single-Use Card. Rewards can ONLY be used for Multi-Use Card Transactions.
How Rewards Work
Earn rewards as a percentage of your qualifying purchases
Your reward percentage depends on your current tier
Use your earned rewards on future purchases with your Multi-Use Card
Earn up to a maximum of $500 in rewards per quarter
Rewards become available 30 days after a purchase (as long as the item isn't returned)
Reward Tiers
Our program features three distinct tiers, each offering increasing benefits:
Kasheesh Green (Entry Level)
Initial tier for all new customers
Any purchases before you spend $1,000 will get you 1% rewards added to your Kasheesh Rewards Accounts
Benefit: 1% rewards on purchases
Kasheesh Red (Intermediate)
Attained by spending $1,000 or more while in Kasheesh Green
Any purchases after you spend $1,000 will get you 1.25% rewards added to your Kasheesh Rewards Accounts
Benefit: 1.25% rewards on purchases
Kasheesh Gold (Premium)
Achieved by spending an additional $4,000 while in Kasheesh Red
Any purchases after you spend $5,000 will get you 1.5% rewards added to your Kasheesh Rewards Accounts
Benefit: 1.5% rewards on purchases
Note: A maximum of $500 in rewards can be earned per quarter regardless of tier level.
Tier Progression
All customers are automatically enrolled in the Kasheesh Green upon joining
Progression to Kasheesh Red:
Requires a minimum spend of $1,000 while in Kasheesh Green
Spend is calculated cumulatively across all qualifying transactions excluding transaction fees
Advancement to Kasheesh Gold:
Necessitates an additional $4,000 spend while in Kasheesh Red
Spend a total of $5,000 to immediately enter in Kasheesh Gold
Rewards Mechanism
Definition: Rewards represents a credit applied to your account based on your spend with Kasheesh
Calculation: The rewards percentage is determined by your current tier status and is calculated at the time your transaction is posted
Application: Rewards can be applied to all qualifying purchases on your Multi-Use Card once rewards have been posted to your Kasheesh cash account (30 - 90 days after purchase)
Redemption: Utilize accumulated rewards on future purchases by toggling the rewards option in the Multi-Use Card Split Percentage Tab before making a purchase.
Processing and Crediting of Rewards
Verification Period: 30 to 90 days post-transaction
Purpose: To ensure transaction validity and completion and allow times for returns and cancellations
Crediting: Confirmed rewards are automatically added to your Kasheesh cash account balance 30-90 days after transaction
Program Cycle and Resets
Quarterly Reset: Tier statuses are reset to Green on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st of each year.
Quarters are defined as follows:
Q1: January 1 (12:00 PST) - March 31 (11:59 PST)
Q2: April 1 (12:00 PST) - June 30 (11:59 PST)
Q3: July 1 (12:00 PST) - September 30 (11:59 PST)
Q4: October 1 (12:00 PST) - December 31 (11:59 PST)
Reset Process: At the start of each quarter, all customers return to the Kasheesh Green
Spend Calculation: Your spend amount towards the next tier is reset to zero at the start of each quarter
Benefit Retention: Accumulated rewards remains available for use regardless of tier changes.
Reward Limits
Maximum of $500 in rewards can be earned per quarter
This cap applies to all tier levels
Additional Information
Tier progression is based on cumulative spend within each tier.
Rewards rates are applied to the purchase amount, you do not earn rewards on fees.
There's a $500 cap on rewards earned per quarter
