Using Kasheesh Rewards with Multi-Use Card

This guide explains how you can use your earned rewards with Kasheesh's Multi-Use Card (MUC) and Single-Use Card (SUC)

• Rewards are earned as a percentage of your purchase amount excluding transaction fees or any rewards redeemed.

• The rewards percentage depends on your current tier:

  • Kasheesh Green: 1%

  • Kasheesh Red: 1.25%

  • Kasheesh Gold: 1.5%

• After making a purchase, it takes 30 days for the rewards to be credited to your account.

• This waiting period allows for the transaction to be fully processed and confirmed.

1. Redemption Method:

   • Rewards can only be redeemed through future purchases made with Kasheesh.

   • This applies to Multi-Use Cards (MUC) only.

2. Application Process:

   • Before making a purchase, go to the MUC tab in your Kasheesh account.

   • Look for a toggle button or option to apply your available rewards.

   • You need to activate this option before proceeding with your purchase.

3. Rewards Application:

   • For Multi-Use Cards (MUC):

     • When you choose to use rewards, the entire available amount will be applied to your purchase.

     • Partial use of rewards is not currently available for MUC.

4. Activation Requirement:

   • For MUC, you must activate the rewards before making your purchase.

• No Expiration: Your rewards do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

• Quarterly Cap: Your rewards are capped and you can earn up to $500 each quarter.

• Account Closure:

  • If your account is closed for any reason, including fraud or suspicious activities, you will lose access to your accumulated rewards.

  • Ensure your account remains in good standing to retain your rewards.

• Redemption Restrictions:

  • Rewards cannot be withdrawn or transferred to other accounts.

  • It can only be used for future Kasheesh purchases.
