Why is my account locked?

There are several reasons why your account might be locked:

  • Duplicate Accounts: Our system has detected that you have a duplicate account. The secondary account will be disabled, while your original account will remain active.

  • Card Information: We have recognized the same card information on more than one account. We will send you an email to correct this issue before proceeding with any account lock.

  • Disputed Transactions: If you have disputed a transaction processed through Kasheesh, your account will be temporarily locked until the dispute is resolved.

  • Outstanding Balance: If there is an outstanding balance owed to Kasheesh, your account may be locked until the balance is settled.

  • Fraud Detection: Our system has identified noticeable fraud on your account. We take these issues seriously and may lock your account while we investigate further.

  • Geographic Restrictions: Please note that you cannot log into your Kasheesh account if you are outside of the US.
