Understanding Kasheesh Refunds: Process, Splits, and Fee Policy

When it comes to refunds with Kasheesh, we aim to make the process as straightforward as possible. Here's what you need to know:

We issue the refund the same way you split the payment at the point of purchase.

For example, if you made a $500.00 purchase split evenly over 5 cards ($100.00 each), and the Customer returns the item to the merchant. A full refund is issued and $100.00 would be refunded to each of the 5 cards.

• Partial Refunds: If the merchant issues a partial refund, the refund will be split across your cards in the same proportion as the original purchase.

• Processing Time: Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to process and appear on your card statements, depending on your card issuer.

• Transaction Fee: The 2% transaction fee charged by Kasheesh is not refunded after a successful initial purchase.
