How do I dispute a transaction?
If you need to dispute a transaction, please contact our dispute team via email at dispute@kasheesh.co. Include the transaction details and reason for the dispute.
You can select one of the following reasons:
Item/service not received
Item/service not as described
Duplicate charge
Unauthorized transaction
Refund not processed
Incorrect amount charged
Fraud
Cancelled Merchandise/Services
Double Posting
Merchandise was returned
Merchandise not received
Merchandise damaged, defective, or not as described
Overcharged for the purchase
Other (please specify the below): ________________
A-The last four digits and the expiration date of the card that was charged
B- The exact amount charged
C- Proof of transaction in question
D- Receipt
