How do I dispute a transaction?

If you need to dispute a transaction, please contact our support team via email at support@kasheesh.co. Include the transaction details and reason for the dispute.

You can select one of the following reasons:

  • Fraudulent

  • Not received

  • Duplicate

  • Merchandise not as described

  • Service not as described

  • Canceled

  • Other
