How do I dispute a transaction?

If you need to dispute a transaction, please contact our dispute team via email at dispute@kasheesh.co. Include the transaction details and reason for the dispute.

You can select one of the following reasons:

  • Item/service not received

  • Item/service not as described

  • Duplicate charge

  • Unauthorized transaction

  • Refund not processed

  • Incorrect amount charged

  • Fraud

  • Cancelled Merchandise/Services

  • Double Posting

  • Merchandise was returned

  • Merchandise not received

  • Merchandise damaged, defective, or not as described

  • Overcharged for the purchase

  • Other (please specify the below): ________________

A-The last four digits and the expiration date of the card that was charged

B- The exact amount charged  

C- Proof  of transaction in question

D- Receipt
