Kasheesh Partial Refunds Explained: Process, Timing, and Fee Policy

Partial refunds with Kasheesh work similarly to full refund, ensuring that you receive your money back proportionally across the cards you used for the original purchase.

We issue the refund in the same way you split the payment at the point of purchase.

For example, if you made a $1,000.00 purchase with $500.00 on one card and $250.00 each on two other cards, and $500.00 of that purchase was refunded, the refund would be split as follows:

• $250.00 refunded to the card with $500.00 originally used

• $125.00 refunded to each of the two cards that had $250.00 each used

• Processing Time: Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to process and appear on your card statements, depending on your card issuer.

• Transaction Fee: The 2% transaction fee charged by Kasheesh is not refunded after a successful initial purchase. This fee applies to the original transaction and is not affected by subsequent refunds.
